Introducing MAPLE CHILLI SALT

For Batch 4 we’ve introduced a new product that we’re super excited to introduce: Maple Chilli Salt. When you dehydrate maple syrup, you get maple sugar. All of the textural properties of a granulated sugar but with the distinct flavour of maple. We’ve combined maple sugar with Yorkshire Sea Salt and smoked chipotle chilli flakes to create a seasoning blend perfect for the campsite or the kitchen. It’s super versatile and is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy and salty and it goes on just about anything.

Try it on pork belly, on roasted root vegetables or on poultry.

It can be used as a rub/marinade for barbecue cooking, or as a seasoning to finish off dishes!
