WILD GARLIC & BUTTER BEAN STEW

Ingredients

1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic finely diced
Field Blends Lemon, Sumac and Green Herb
3 thyme sprigs
1/2 glass of white wine
1 jar of butter beans
10 wild garlic leaves
Olive oil or wild garlic oil
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan

Method

Fry ½ red onion & 1 clove garlic 
Season with Field Blends lemon, sumac and green herb. 
Add in a few sprigs of thyme 
Deglaze the pan with 1 glass of white wine 
Add 1 jar of butter beans 
And an extra ½ jar tap water 
Stir in 10 wild garlic leaves 
Leave to simmer for 10 minutes until thickened 
Finish with sourdough bread crumbs, wild garlic oil, parmesan and more Field Blends 002
