Smokey Chilli & Coffee: A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly ground coffee, a mix of smoked chillies, and coconut sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness, rich aromatics and heat. Rub generously on meat or veg for a smokey and sweet flavour. Perfect for steaks, but even better on low-and-slow cuts: ribs, brisket and other slow roasting joints. Great on mushrooms and tofu too. For best results leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, overnight if you’re good at planning ahead. Check out this bonkers Asado lamb cooked by our good pal Connor at Fed By Field. Contains sea salt, so no need to salt your dish before using.

Maple Chilli Salt: Smokey, sweet, salty joy! When you dehydrate maple syrup, you get maple sugar. All of the textural properties of a granulated sugar but with the distinct flavour of maple. We’ve combined organic maple syrup, sea salt, and smokey chipotle chilli for what might be our new favourite seasoning!
We’re buzzing about the idea of roasting up some carrots with this, or hitting up a nice cut of pork with a good old rub before it heads to the BBQ… Also can confirm it’s amazing to toss your chips through before plating up!
Can be used as a rub/marinade for cooking, or as a seasoning to finish off dishes.
