Smokey Chilli & Coffee: A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly ground coffee, a mix of smoked chillies, and coconut sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness, rich aromatics and heat. Rub generously on meat or veg for a smokey and sweet flavour. Perfect for steaks, but even better on low-and-slow cuts: ribs, brisket and other slow roasting joints. Great on mushrooms and tofu too. For best results leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, overnight if you’re good at planning ahead. Check out this bonkers Asado lamb cooked by our good pal Connor at Fed By Field. Lemon, Sumac & Green Herb: A zingy and flavour packed lemon and green herb blend with sumac berries. Made with premium salt crystals hand harvested from the Yorkshire coast, dehydrated lemon peel & sumac berries for a citrussy freshness, and a blend of green herbs for aromatic and rich flavours.

Sprinkle generously on fish, potatoes, pork, lamb, mushrooms, eggs, poultry and greens over the campfire, or at home in the kitchen. Check out this instagram post we did with 3 different ways to use it, or this scallops dish Sam made, where he whipped up a quick dressing by seasoning yoghurt with a pinch of the blend and a squeeze of lemon.

Pink Peppercorn, Sea Salt & Garlic: Our all-purpose spice seasoning blend, but not just any old salt pepper & garlic blend… Pink peppercorn brings a fruitiness and hint of heat, green peppercorn brings an aromatic freshness and vibrancy, and black pepper brings the punch. Dried garlic powder which brings that inexplicable hum, boost, oomph, (whatever you want to call it) to pretty much anything!

Don’t head to the campsite without it. Adds complexity and depth to any dish over the campfire, or at home in the kitchen. Try adding to dehydrated meals for a flavour boost, sprinkle generously on anything over the grill (like meat or veg) or even just add a sprinkle on eggs.
